Reiki Healing

Reiki healing is an ancient form of energy healing. As the practitioner, I channel universal life force energy and this energy then passes through me, to you. Wear it heals the body. Reiki is ideal for anyone with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, pain, headaches  & migraines, arthritis, bipolar, mood swings, stiff joints, excessive worrying, the list is endless. For those with chronic conditions like arthritis, having Reiki done regularly can greatly improve the condition of their illness. Reiki is not a religious practice, it is a spiritual practice. Therefore it can be received by anyone of any background or religion. It can bring you closer to your family, yourself and to whatever you consider to be your higher power (God). Reiki is a gentle "hands on"  form of energy healing which means, that I gently place my hands in specific locations on the body to perform the healing. If you are uncomfortable with letting me place my hands directly on your body please inform me so. The healing can still be received without being physically touched because the energy is always flowing once it has been channelled. This life force energy has a consciousness of its own therefore it knows exactly where it should go. Reiki patients are recommended to have no less than 3 treatments to start in order to get the full benefit from this healing.  Each session should be no more then 6 to 8 weeks apart at most. The total amount of time in which a patient should have received these first 3 sessions, is 6 months. If these first three sessions are received within that timeframe the patient will benefit from the full strength of the Reiki healing.

Distant Healing

Healing from the comfort of you're own home

Distant healing is another form of energy healing that requires very little from you as the patient. As the name implies you will remain in your home and I will remain in mine. At a designated time you will sit down or lay down in a comfortable position, for the remainder of the session. I will then send healing energy to you from my location. This energy does indeed travel long distances because the energy has a consciousness of it's own. It knows exactly where it is supposed to go once it's directed by me. Many patients report after receiving a distant healing that they're much calmer, get a more restful night's sleep, have more patience and energy throughout the day.

 Crystal healing is the process of placing minerals on and around the body to heal it physically, spiritually, emotionally and psychologically. Crystals are minerals that can heal the body by changing, adding, removing or alternating the flow of energy in & around the body.
